By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms:
Cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of booking are eligible for a refund minus all payment processing and transaction fees incurred at the time of purchase.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 72 hours (3 days) after the booking is placed.
If a cancellation is requested after services have already begun or have been completed, no refund will be provided.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method.
